Will
Basically, a Will designates how you would like your property to be handled upon your death. With a Will, there must still be a probate.
Wills can be challenged, can't protect assets from creditors and can't help you plan further than your death.

POA
(like if someone become incapacitated for some reason, or are absent (missing) for an extended period time (usually for a matter of weeks) or plan to be traveling for an extended period of time.
Too often, it isn't until we are in situations where something like a POA is needed, that we realize the value of having it in place, ahead of time.
If something were to happen to you today - would your bills be handled the way you want them to be, would the people in your life know what to take care of in your life and how? Even if you don't provide instructions, a POA can still allow your agent to at least address matters as they arise, for you.
Some folks also find it useful to have this in place for their spouse or a business parter (often in a limited capacity for the latter), if they are frequent travelers for instance, or are frequently unavailable, depending on the demands and needs of their particular situation.

Nonprofit's purpose.It seems, however, that many resources in the average nonprofit are expended just in keeping the organization afloat. It is unfortunate that so much time and energy must be spent fundraising instead of working on the nonprofit's mission.
More resources could be brought in through the use of supporting organizations, and joint ventures, and better or smarter use of tax filings could mean a more attention from potential donors.
